Document the Planting Process

Customers must provide clear and detailed, time-stamped photos at the following stages:

  • Before Planting: The planting site before preparation.
  • During Planting: Showing the planting process, including equipment used.
  • After Planting: showing the plot immediately after planting and during germination.

Failed Food Plot: clearly showing the failed food plot and the lack of germination or growth.

Approved Planting Methods

To ensure proper conditions for success, customers must use one of the following planting methods:

  • Spraying and No-Till Drilling: Properly prepare the soil by spraying to remove weeds, then plant with a no-till drill.
  • Well-Tilled Seedbed: Prepare a well-tilled seedbed and plant using a grain drill or a brillion seeder.

Planting Zones

Seeds must be planted in the appropriate planting zones as specified on the product container.

Planting Dates

Customers must follow the planting date guide provided on the seed container to ensure optimal germination and growth conditions.

Soil Test Requirement

The customer must complete a Dammon Ridge Outdoors soil test kit, along with any recommended amendments that were applied prior to planting.

Fertilizer and Lime Application

Proper fertilization and lime application must be performed as recommended by the soil test results to ensure adequate soil conditions for seed germination and growth.

Exclusions

The Replant Guarantee does not cover seed failure due to:

  • Planting outside of the recommended zones or planting dates.
  • Failure to prepare the soil properly or use the approved planting methods.

By meeting these terms, you can submit a claim under the Dammon Ridge Outdoors Replant Guarantee. Claims will be reviewed, and approved replacements will be provided at no additional cost. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling.
